Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond any company I have dealt with.

good but could be better

over all it is a great product, but I think there are a few things that should be thicker metal to make this product stronger. I also think the two bolt connection where the frame bolts to the hitch could be built stronger. I added a big flat washer on each side of the bolt to try to hold that connection better.

Great idea, handy accessory, but….

I seem to own the only lawn tractor (Husqvarna 354XD) where mounting of the YardRack presented some real challenges and involved some cutting and re-welding of the “L” shaped bracket for a good fit. Fortunately I had a great fabrication shop nearby and their modification looks and works great. We have ten rural acres of woods and meadows and the YardRack is well-suited for what we need to do every day in the spring and summer.
